What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within in the European Union, to Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland.
How expensive is the shipping?
Shipping within Germany is free of charge. You will receive a prepaid envelope for the return your skin test.

How long does the delivery take?
Usually delivery in Germany takes 2-3 business days (skin test) or 2-4 business days (products / kit).
For international deliveries, the delivery time is 3-4 business days (skin test) or 2-5 business days (products / kit).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
